Keynote speaker Fabrice Houdart—ICWA trustee and UN human rights officer—will discuss historic xenophobia in France in the context of current anti-immigrant sentiments. More details to follow soon.

Earlier in the day, returning fellow Karina Piser (France, 2017-2019) will report on her fellowship examining the French state policy of secularism and the integration of Muslims in society at the Alliance Française in Washington.
