Hashim Wahdatyar is Program Director at the Institute of Current World Affairs in Washington D.C. He is a former spokesman and program officer for the United Nations (UNODC) in Afghanistan. He is also a fellow at the Asia Society 21 Young Leaders. He tweets @hashimwahdat.
