Dasa Obereigner is a writer and editor who is a contributing editor for the digital Transitions Magazine. Her ICWA fellowship in Czechoslovakia from 1990 to 1992 focused on political and social changes in Central Europe following the 1989 collapse of the Soviet Bloc.
