Paula Williams

Paula Williams is an international development specialist for Africa and Southeast Asia, focusing on climate change, social forestry and forest sociology. As an ICWA Forest and Society fellow in sub-Saharan Africa between 1983 and 1991, she examined how people, especially women, used and managed forest resources.
