Former fellow Hannah Armstrong (North Africa, 2012-2014) is invited to speak on a panel about economies and security at the Saharan Futures Conference at Northwestern University in Chicago. Hannah, an analyst at International Crisis Group, will talk about managing illicit economies in Niger.
