Former fellow and current ICWA trustee Joel Millman (1987-1989, El Salvador) was interviewed by Ari Sharpiro of NPR’s All Things Considered. Millman, spokesman for the International Organization for Migration, shed light on smugglers off the coast of Yemen. In this last week, smugglers have threw “as many as 280 migrants into the waters off the coast of Yemen.”
