As India’s health care system buckled under the weight of a second Covid wave, New Delhi-based fellow Astha Rajvanshi became one of the millions who lost a loved one to the disease. She talks to Dan about scrambling to find oxygen for her aunt and how the government bungled its response to a disaster that may have been avoided.
